These Terms govern your use of Samay ki Vani ("the Service"), operated by Cube Fin India Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Samay ki Vani provides astrology-based readings and guidance (Vedic astrology, Lal Kitab and numerology) generated from the birth details you provide, delivered as voice, text and downloadable reports. The content is for personal reflection and guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
You may create an account using an email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the birth details you enter.
Paid features are priced as shown on our Pricing page, in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.
Digital reports are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once generated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, software and branding of Samay ki Vani are owned by Cube Fin India Pvt Ltd. Your personal report is licensed to you for your own use.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cube Fin India Pvt Ltd is not liable for decisions taken based on the readings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
