Every account gets 2 free questions each month. Beyond that, each additional question is a one-time paid purchase. Because the answer is generated and shown to you immediately, a paid question is non-refundable once it has been answered. There is no subscription and no per-minute charge.
If you are charged but do not receive your product, or are charged twice, we will investigate and refund the incorrect charge. Please email info@samaykivani.com within 7 days with your payment details.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
