Kundli and area-specific reports are digital products generated and delivered instantly upon payment. As each report is created specifically for you and delivered immediately, these purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
Per-minute "Talk to Samay" charges apply to minutes consumed and are non-refundable once used. Any unused, pre-purchased minutes may be refunded on request.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period.
If you are charged but do not receive your product, or are charged twice, we will investigate and refund the incorrect charge. Please email info@samaykivani.com within 7 days with your payment details.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
