Cube Fin India Pvt Ltd operates Samay ki Vani. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Birth details you enter — name, date, time and place of birth — used to compute your chart and readings.
• Account details — your email address (and name, if provided) when you create an account.
• Usage data — the questions you ask and readings generated, to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment data — handled by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store card or bank details.

How we use it

To generate your readings and reports, run your account, provide support, process payments, and improve our service quality (including aggregated, statistical analysis).

Service providers

We share limited data only with providers that power the Service: Razorpay (payments), ElevenLabs (voice), SendGrid (email), Google (sign-in), and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & your rights

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing info@samaykivani.com.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, and connections are encrypted over HTTPS. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
