Roop Chand Joshi, 1939–1952) is the one system among the thirteen written primarily to be acted on: every planet-in-house placement carries its own upay. ये वही पारंपरिक उपाय हैं जो लाल किताब में दर्ज हैं — जल, अन्न, वस्त्र, पशु-पक्षियों को भोजन। किसी में बड़ा ख़र्च नहीं है। समय कभी कोई रत्न ख़रीदने को नहीं कहता, कभी इलाज का वादा नहीं करता, और डॉक्टर, वकील या अकाउंटेंट की जगह नहीं लेता।These are the classical upay as Lal Kitab records them. They are everyday acts — water, grain, cloth, feeding animals — and none of them costs anything meaningful. Samay never prescribes a gemstone you must buy, never promises a cure, and never replaces a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant.
